Description

The site is being developed to provide 63,000 square feet (5,853 square metres) of high quality, new build light industrial units within a landscaped environment. Available sizes will range from single units of 1,548 square feet (143 square metres) up to combined units of £15,060 square feet (1,399 square metres).

The units will be finished to a high standard, being of of steel portal frame construction with glazed frontages and electric sectional delivery doors, having eaves heights of 7m to the front and 6m to the rear, 50 kn/sq m floor loading, and 3-Phase electrics.

All units will be built to landlords 'shell' specification with a bespoke fit-out available. A detailed specification is available upon request from the agents.

Designed by architects, Halsall Lloyd Partnership, the first phase of the development - comprising Units A1-A4, C1-C5 and D1-D3 will be completed in January 2020. Full site completion is scheduled for summer 2020.
