Location

The land is situated in the historic town of Ironbridge approximately four miles south of Telford Town Centre and the M54 motorway, providing easy access to the West Midlands conurbation to the east and Shrewsbury and Mid Wales to the west. Ironbridge is a World Heritage site, being the birth place of the Industrial Revolution and boasting several tourist attractions and museums such as Blists Hill, Ironbridge Gorge and Coalport China Museum, as well as the infamous Iron Bridge.
